Mar 17, 2010 · Digital UK, it would appear, have been left out of the loop by Thomson /Technicolor and TopUpTV regarding the lack of free Customer Support. The Split NIT affected equipment at 17 March 2010 .pdf on both digitaluk.co.uk and freeview.co.uk is also very out of date regarding Thomson and I did phone Digital UK about this last week.

Nov 09, 2008 · My mum has a Thomson DTI6300-16 Freeview box and is currently having problems with the programme library. There is 1 programme that she has recorded (and has now watched) will not delete from the library. Every time she tries to delete this item the system freezes and needs a re-boot. I have tried to clear it myself without any luck.
