I bought a new Drobo 5C to replace the old one. I kept getting a popup on my iMac informing me that Time Machine couldn't be backed up. With a company that cared with decent product support, there would have been a phone number to call and the problem would have been solved shortly. Drobo no longer has a phone number to call; not even a chat room.

Aug 18, 2013 · Anybody dealt with Drobo support and how did you find it? I received a B800i on Monday, went to set it up today and the unit is completely dead. Spoke to the supplier who said they will replace it but only after going through Drobo support. Trouble is after the push 1 for phone support it just constantly rings.

May 01, 2012 · I filled the device to 9.24TB of 10.86TB and the shares disappear. I can ping the drobo but not access any of the files. Apparently filling a drobo up too much bricks it.
