Sep 04, 2018 · Works great, but if you see 20MB/s transfer speeds try flipping the USB-C side of the cable on the drobo-side. I immediately jumped from 20MB/s to 170MB/s with 3x 4TB drives. I got hte idea from AA-01937 on the drobo support page.3.4/5(145)

May 01, 2012 · I filled the device to 9.24TB of 10.86TB and the shares disappear. I can ping the drobo but not access any of the files. Apparently filling a drobo up too much bricks it. Support said the only thing I can do is buy two more 4TB drives (at about 375$ each) and install them (WTF!!!). I have to get my data back so I do so.
