Droboshare is not directly supported by drobo utils running on a linux host. However, the droboshare itself is a linux host, and it is possible to run drobo-utils un-modified on the droboshare itself. A python interpreter is needed to run drobo-utils. A python interpreter has, itself, a number of dependencies.

With firmware revision 3.5.2, the Drobo 5N now supports 64TB volumes for newly created packs. Unfortunately packs created before 3.5.2 cannot have their volume size upgraded. The 5N runs on a 32-bit ARM processor, and uses the Linux ext4 filing system.

Drobo's download page only lists the software for Mac and Windows, so seemingly there's no package available for Ubuntu or any other Linux distribution. I suggest you contact Drobo and let them know you miss a .deb package for their software, they'll listen if they care. In the meantime you can run “Drobo Dashboard for Windows” in a virtual machine, see e.g.
