I myself is playing dragon nest at my country and we are using the Dragon Nest Sea Client. As I've researched through, the version that you used is playable only on countries like North America, Australia and New Zealand. If you are not inside these countries then you cannot play. You may use the Dragon Nest Sea Client. It is the global one.
