I don't have any drac's in front of me right now to packet sniff and confirm if they're returning only weak ciphers, but my gut's telling me it's the cert signed with rc4 and 384 bit that's the issue; not the firmware's maximum cipher compatibility. The firmware may support downgrade attacks if it's old, so you should update anyway.

Dell iDrac 6/7/8 IE/Chrome/Firefox Help! ... The iDrac support is definitely in our todo list, but its not assigned yet. With version 10 we have included an embedded Chrome browser, we can work together to get it working. We could also try to set the compatibility mode of IE to simulate a lower version.
