Feb 21, 2011 · On my other XP Pro SP3 it is showing WPA and WPA2 as additional selections along with WEP and it is connecting fine. Both are Dell laptops. Can anyone guide me to the fix for this? Jul 09, 2013 · After installing the driver and trying to add a new wireless network, there were no options for anything but WPA. I have reinstalled SP3 to no avail. I have also found that after installing the WPA2 patch on a Windows XP SP2 laptop and then installing SP3 the WPA2 options are all gone.

XP wireless utility only allows me to enter WEP, but have WPA-PSK code. Okay, managed to drop my old laptop today and break the old wireless network card I had in it.
