Oct 11, 2013 · There is no way for an external SRT to work with a 360. The subs need encoded as part of the video, which means re-encoding the media. Since its a MP4 I do have a solution you could attempt that really isn't to time consuming besides the final step where it re-encodes the video and that time length is all determined by the video's res/quality and the specs of your pc.
