Jan 20, 2011 · The only thing you can do with Vista is to use the Select Volumes button on the Disk Defragmenter GUI to deselect all volumes and then re-enable only the volumes you want. That will avoid unnecessary wear to the SSD. You will also need to run manually any Trim utility that the SSD manufacturer provides.
