Jun 05, 2012 · That card has DVI and VGA connectors. I believe this is referred as dualview card. I can see the same desktop on both monitors. However, when I go to control panel and try to adjust screen resolutions, I only see 1 monitor. Does it mean Windows Server 2008 R2 does not support extend functionality of dual monitors.

Nov 05, 2013 · I am trying to set up a dual monitor on Windows Server 2012, but it fails to detect the second monitor. My video card has one DVI port and two HDMI ports. I connect to my main monitor with a HDMI port. This one is working correctly and I set it to use 1600x1200 screen resolution.

Oct 12, 2010 · I've been having problems attempting a dual monitor on a Windows Server 2008 R2. Both the monitors are already connected yet only one monitor is detected. So i checked the device driver for the video card (ATI Radeon 5850) finding out that it's the pre-installed Windows default driver.
