Is there any workarounds for this issue or do i need to upgrade my server to be compatible with the new versions of windows 10.

May 20, 2013 · I would second the hardware RAID. I have never been able to recover software RAID on Windows 2003 after one of the disks has failed. Compared to hardware RAID in which I have simply replaced the failed hard drive. If your server does not support RAID then consider investing in some backup software that does full server images...
