Dec 10, 2019 · Problems accessing gmail from Windows LIve Mail 2011 My wife uses Windows Live Mail 2011 for all her email accounts. Recently, she is unable to get gmail messages in Windows Live Mail.

If not, then delete your Gmail account from Windows Live Mail and start over with the IMAP and SMTP settings I gave you above. If you don't know how to set up Windows Live Mail or check/alter its settings then consult Microsoft Support or use the Help pages provided in the WLM application.
