Its not that problem with the router, your router can work with WPA/WPA2 personal security. Its totaly depends upon your OS, if it works with that security or not. If your OS dosent support WPA / WPA2 personal then you need Upgrade your OS. You can login to microsoft website and search for WPA or WPA2 patch and update it on your computer.
