    I recommend you to ask directly the manufacturer whetever the MB you choosed does support it. btw. All newer MSI Boards should have VT-d support. I am using MSI X58 Eclipse SLI and I have VT-d option in BIOS. I also have the same experience with MSI P55-based boards. So I guess all future MSI MBs for Sandy Bridge will support VT-d out-of-box.
