Dec 05, 2010 · Only certain types of hard drives are compatible with the Wii therefore make sure it is before comitting to wipe out the memory or at least back it up. Finding a drive compatible with a Wii can be troublesome as many will just ask a premimum just because they know its compatible but the cheaper one maybe as equally compatible.
