Aug 19, 2014 · I have a captivate with ATT and recently sync'd with my 2011 Ford Edge. One of the features of the MY Touch and Ford Sync is that you can have your text messages displayed and even read (text to voice) on the Sync/My Touch system. Unfortunately, I get this message "the currently connected phone does not support text messaging via bluetooth".

May 19, 2016 · Hello. I just got my iPhone 5S about a week ago. Switching from Windows Phone so this is my first time on an iOS device. I'm having trouble however getting my phone to read my texts to me while connected to my car via Bluetooth. I have a Nissan Maxima 2007. I paired my iPhone with it but Siri doesn't read texts I receive. Does anyone know why?
