Oct 24, 2007 · Plan to set up a WDS link between the Home Hub and Linksys, then wire the PC to Linksys. A few questions. Apologies if obvious, but I have no Home Hub experience (yet). 1. I'm new to the UK and to BT so I'm unsure of model numbers and features etc. I have an exisiting Apple Time Capsule and just signed up to BT business. I have a "hub 3" (while I don't think that's the model number, I can't find one anywhere). I've set my TC up to extend an exisiting network. But this will only work if my BT hub supports WDS.

WDS is (Wireless Distribution System), and is not supported by the home hubs. WPS is (Wifi Protected Setup), I would not advise trying to set it up this way. You need to setup the device manually, using the wireless key, as described in the online manual, and on the threads that I mentioned.
