Why is it that you have to call Telstra to do EVERYTHING. Nothing is self support. All I want to do is activate visual voicemail, a feature of the apple iphone, yet the account holder has to call Telstra. Good luck getting my MD to call Telstra. Surely there is another way.

I recently changed from Iphone 5 to 5s. The visual voicemail no longer works. After 2 hours on the phone then 90 minutes in the Telstra store, all codes checked and apparently on fine, they said it must be the phone. 1 hour with apple, new phone still no visual voicemail.
