Mar 29, 2019 · I've tried two ISPs and two Windows 10 systems with two different modems. The connection is established and my system sends traffic but little to none is received. One ISP told me they do not support Windows 10 at all due to it's bandwidth requirements. Further, I am unable to set dial-up as a metered connection. What have other's experiences been?
