You can backup to and restore from the Windows Azure Blob Storage service be it either FULL, DIFFERENTIAL or TRANSACTION LOG backups. Though SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) wizard, in the current release, does not support backup to and restore from the Windows Azure Blob Storage service, you can use T-SQL, SMO and PowerShell.
