    Sep 12, 2007 · What's with the fixation on Sony? To answer your question, I do not know of a way to get FLAC en/decoding in Sound Forge. There is a plugin for CoolEdit/Adobe Audition. It is mentioned a few times on this forum and you could perform a search to find it. As for a burning tool that natively burns FLAC, I would recommend the free Burrrn.

Since then I have shut down the machine, restarted it and opened Sound Forge Pro 10. No problem. The file I opened was a commercial FLAC purchased from 7Digital - worked fine.
