Nov 10, 2009 · Windows 7 on Snow Leopard I have just installed Windows 7 RC on my old white MacBook using boot camp after recently upgrading to Snow Leopard. After the installer rebooted my machine into Windows 7, I immediately installed the boot camp drivers from my Snow Leopard disc. I continued using Windows 7 for the rest of the day and rebooted when I got home.

Oct 31, 2009 · the upgrade from Leopard to Snow Leopard "should" be straight forward. SL will ignore the Vista partition. I would hesitate to do both the moves in the same weekend. Get one thing running correctly first before adding other variables to the mix. Check the Apple site for Windows 7 support under Boot Camp.

It already had rEFIt on it, I just connected a Windows 7 boot thumb drive, and away I went. However, it seems Apple does not let you download Bootcamp drivers outside of their assistant tool. Reinstalling OS X just for the drivers is ridiculous. This laptop no longer has OS X on it at all.
