Jul 20, 2010 · Message: Windows Fax and Scan cannot run as if cannot access your documents folder. How do I fix this. I read the answer given on January 9,2010 by Gokul TMicrosoft Support, Moderator However I do not know what shell I should change. Not one of them say fax and scan. I am running on a SBS 2003 with Windows 7 .
