Feb 27, 2014 · SAP supports two virtualization solutions: VMware vsphere (as mentioned by Matthias) and Microsoft Hyper-V. For Oracle as database, Oracle only supports VMware vshpere, there is no support statement for Hyper-V so far. For Hyper-V support from Oracle, see SAP Note 1329848.
