Skip forward a few weeks and I was testing different options to see if I could squeeze better performance out of Rogue Squadron II. I accidentally left Progressive Scan on and launched NSMBW. WOW. Silky smooth 60FPS and the strange motion sickness feeling was gone.

Back to the TC however I think everyone is just reading the title and answering,,,, He asked about ED,,, does it have a widescreen or progressive scan capabilities. Jan 01, 2007 · Progressive Scan support isn't even listed on the back of the game! Apparently a lot of PS2 games require the user to press triangle and X as the PS2 logo screen comes up. Another strange thing I've run into is that some interlaced titles actually display fine on the PS3.
