Aug 24, 2019 · PS3s cannot use NTFS HDDs internal or external on HAN or standard. Only CFW compatible models can use NTFS external HDDs as they can install a homebrew package called prepNTFS to allow the PS3 to read the drive but not write to the drive.

Dec 04, 2017 · ps3 only support sata-150 afaik, but still faster than gigalan. on-topic: I have tried creating the usb.cfg and installing prepntfs but nothing seems to work so I have defaulted to use irisman whenever I need to use a ntfs drive.

Nov 28, 2017 · I dont need the splitters for full iso game at all. Yes I am using NTFS on external hard drive running in WebMAN MOD and make sure cobra is enable to do that. The ISO are better than PS3 folders. By the way, my PS3 is running Rebug CFW. Loved Rebug for over 6 years.
