Before one wick or two i was reading article on gamespot about the ps3 having bravia sync when update 3.0 come out but when i updated my system yesturday i didn't find any thing about it in the setting menu why??? and i forgot to say that my ps3 is a 60 GB and i have a bravia ( the new W series ) which support bravia sync.

Apr 27, 2010 · I haven't been playing games lately and so my PS3's primary function has been for watching Blurays, Netflix and, uh, hard drive... stuff. I prefer using the Sony Bravia remote than the DualShock to navigate those, especially the Netflix InstantWatch menu. The neatest thing about the sync for me is that it detects power.

Oct 11, 2008 · No the PS3 unfortunately does not have support for BRAVIA Sync (CEC) As for the PS3 being a better BD player? Depends really on your budget and how concerned you are about HD sound, the PS3 is an awesome piece of kit and is a very capable player for the money, but it does not fit in a hifi stack too well, and has a lot more fan noise than a dedicated player.
