Feb 16, 2018 · right click on the game in your library then properties then updates. bottom section should show if cloud is enabled for game and how much storage is used. or copy them manually. they are in...\steam\steamapps\common\Portal 2\portal2\SAVE I dont use steam cloud. you may want to wait for someone who does use it to confirm.

- The original Half-Life and Portal don't support Steam Cloud, according to their store pages. They come in bundles with their respective sequels, and the pages to those indicate Steam Cloud is supported, but it can just mean something supports it. The link you gave also doesn't list Half-Life and Portal.

Yes portal 2 does support cross platform however valve for whatever reason stopped supporting this feature. I'm not sure if it's resupported again since the in-game store is open again.

Apr 21, 2016 · It's either a game with it's own dedicated server that you log into or the game has a cloud sliced in two symbol under that column for steam cloud availability. So unless there's a way to manually set up steam cloud with games, what's the point if most games don't use it or have it.
