Apr 11, 2011 · Black and White is DSi-enhanced. The issue is that the game doesn't detect that you're using a DSi if you're playing on a flashcart (it'll play as if you were using a DS lite), so it is incapable to access the DSi features.

Black and White on a 3DS XL works with WPA connections, I would assume that Black 2 and White 2 will do the same. That's because DPPt were made before they started implementing DSi functionality. ALL wi-fi enabled DS games from BW on will have extended DSi/3DS functionality, allowing for WPA connections.

Apr 20, 2012 · It simply will not work with WPA/WPA2. My DSi and Pokemon Black and White say otherwise. The only thing people hate more than stagnancy is change. My DSi and Pokemon Black and White say otherwise. DSi and DSi enhanced games are compatible with WPA but the topic title specifically states this is about DS Lite.
