Mar 16, 2016 · If the computer has a Blu-Ray optical drive it makes perfect sense that it would support Blu-Ray playback. To not have it is just plain retarded. For Windows OS to not support it is just plain lazy. Sony pays Microsoft for their OS but Microsoft refuses to pay Sony for the Blu-Ray licensing.
