Jan 09, 2016 · cannot open an excel 2007 file in office 365. I have had office 365 for almost 18 months along with office 2007 and everything was working fine. Couple of weeks ago, I tried to update and apparently the updates didn't go through all the way. I contacted office 365 and they helped me uninstall whatever updates I tried to make.
