Aug 11, 2015 · Cortana region/language don't function I live in Italy and my language is English (UK), the region and language where Cortana is said to function. I upgraded to Windows 10 on Aug. 8, but Cortana is not there, saying in my region and language does not support Cortana.

Sep 01, 2017 · After doing a Dell Reset (W10 reinstall) my region shows as Afghanistan when I am really in United States and changing region does not get executed, nor am I allowed to add a language. W10 is all English, nevertheless. This is messing up my time of day when my zone is set to UTC -5:00 Eastern Time (USA & Canada).
