Printer does not support A4 papersize. This may be caused by choosing the wrong printer. (When you select "Print" inside the report, a window will appear to select a printer.) Check which printer you selected and that it supports A4 printing.

i need to print restaurantmenu's on A4 square paper (210 * 210 mm) I just changed from my old officejet 8500 where i had no problems at all to the newer 7612 and it no longer works.
