Yes the international version supports 4g however the Indian version does not support the same. TD LTE is the band sported by Majority of our Indian carriers and it is not supported by Nexus 5 hence the Indian variant of NEXUS 5 will not support 4G.

Oct 04, 2016 · Sorry for late reply. Technically Nexus 5 supports VoLTE. But Google have not confirmed yet about VoLTE update to Nexus 5. But Custom ROMs for Nexus 5 which has inbuilt feature of VoLTE will work in Nexus 5. Try those ROMs. But you have to be aware of Rooting. Hope it helps!
