Our office NAT router (an old Linksys BEFSR41) does not support IPv6. Nor does any newer router. IPv6 is supported by many routers. Just not that many of the cheap ones aimed at consumers and SOHO. Worst case, just use a Linux box or re-flash your router with dd-wrt or something to get IPv6 support.

Does Verizon pay you or something? Both Comcast and TWC have ipv6 for residential customers. Regardless it's the right thing to do technologically. There's really no excuse for them not having it except that they don't care, and it's not something thats defensible it's just objectively wrong.
