I have a GTX 970 which does support DirectX 12 and a friend with the same video card and driver (the latest version, released the same day as Windows 10) is not having the same problem. Dxdiag indicates that I have DirectX 11.3, while the nVidia control panel indicates that I have DirectX 12.

I could hear the game but no visual. It works on software with 2 threads but its a bit wonky. Specs: Sony Vaio VGN-NS190J/L
