Sep 27, 2010 · Windows Server 2003 is supported as long as you have applied Service Pack 2. The service packs are just large updates, not a new version of the operating system. Since it has been more than 2 years since SP2 was released, computers running with the just Windows Server 2003 SP1 are no longer supported.
