ActiveSync does not work with Lotus Notes. Although IBM/Lotus sells its own synchronization software ( IBM Lotus EasySync Pro ), the consensus on the Microsoft Pocket PC newsgroup is that Commontime mNotes (formerly Cadenza) is the best-of-breed application for the job.

Lotus Notes Traveler currently does not support displaying meeting status for any supported devices. Apple is the only device that can display this information, and this is being considered for implementation in a future release.
