Juniper supports this as of version 10.0 or newer (currently on JunOS 10.1). From the 10.0 release notes: Multiple VLAN Registration Protocol (MVRP) Protocol (MVRP) is used to manage dynamic VLAN registration in a LAN.

VTP is proprietary to Cisco. Juniper implements something similar with GVRP and MVRP (both industry standard protocols). You'll need to look into both of these protocols to determine exactly what you need and how to deploy them though. It's not something that is a quick "everyone can just run this CLI command" thing for these to function properly.

Aug 26, 2012 · In Cisco switches the trunk ports accept all VLANs in the range of 1 to 4095 by default but in Juniper, trunk ports do not support any VLANs. You have to make it support manually. In Juniper switches, VLAN named Default is present by default and all the interfaces are under this default VLAN.
