Mar 17, 2019 · According to Wikipedia, the HD 5500 card supports OpenGL® 4.x, however the mesa OpenGL® support reached version 4.x farly recently and the drivers aren’t completed yet. So for the moment, you should get version 3.3 with a recent version of Mesa.

Mar 04, 2015 · Doesn't matter where I look it only says Video Card: "Intel(R) HD Graphics". I tried finding specifics with EVEREST too but to no avail. This is everything the steam system information says about it, but I still don't know if I can update to OpenGL 3.2 or not: Driver: Intel(R) HD Graphics.
