May 29, 2015 · Dolphin Browser. Going to a webpage that needs Flash will have the browser offer you a download to an Adobe Flash Player version, in form of an apk. Worked for me (I was really surprised!). I should mention that even though Flash plays on the Dolphin Browser, it DOES NOT work on Chrome, or most other browsers I assume.
