Mar 20, 2007 · The card supports it. Note that if you are using the Viewsonic VX2025wm, it won't work at 1680x1050 off the DVI port of it though. The Viewsonic is faulty, a fact Viewsonic is unwilling to consider. Any other 20" WS LCD will run at 1680x1050 off of your card.

May 21, 2019 · I have this card and the manual does not list resolution 1680x1050. Does this mean this card does not support this resolution? Or i have to download new drivers? or buy a new card? G'day hvu, I'm using the GeForce FX5200 at 1680x1050. I'm not sure if you have to download the latest drivers but I did, just in case.

Good timing for this question. Last week I bought a Viewsonic VX2235wm with a native resolution of 1680x1050. I have the 4600 with the FX5200. It does not have a DVI output, only VGA (analog). After loading the drivers that came with the monitor, it is running it at the full 1680x1050 with a beautiful picture.
