Jun 12, 2014 · Exchange 2010 does not support WebDAV ( discontinued) Exchange 2007 was the last version of Exchange to support using WebDAV. What may work for you is to use Exchange Web Serveries (EWS), which overall has superior calendaring abilities. There is a .NET API called the EWS Managed API which wraps EWS calls and should make using EWS a lot easier.

If you are building an email client and targeting Exchange, I would recommend ActiveSync. The other protocols -- WebDAV and EWS -- were not intended for generic email clients. EWS, for example, does not support transactions or syncing, so if you have multiple clients you will have to deal with tons of race conditions on your own.
