The computers have the same CPU an intel core 2 Duo E7400 @ 2.8GHz stepping 0001067A 00000A0E. So how can I get the second computer to present the VT-x options like the first computer? If this is linked to the serial number (there is a difference of 190206 between them) then does anyone have a utility for changing the serial number?
