Hi, We are currently running VMWare ESX server on a Dell PowerEdge 2850 with an Intel Xeon processor and we need to run 64bit guest OS machines, however to do this we need to enable the Virtualization technology.

The limitation is that the BIOS doesn't support VT (Virtualization Technology) which is why you see the VM staying in Start Up, but never starts.
