sadly no, i didnt get it to work still. so i downloaded the trial version of Adobe audition3.. its what would of been called cool edit pro 3. its just that Adobe bought the rights to own cool edit and changed its name. ill let ya know how it is. it looks promising and it does support vst plugins.
