Today, while speaking with RIM support (a T3 contract), they said that they have reports of sporadic connectivity issues from some BES users. This has been occurring with Exchange 2010 SP2 RU4, and have no public information to give us. We were able to temporarily get things running by doing any or all of the following. Dec 21, 2011 · The client has a BlackBerry Enterprise Server that needs to be upgraded to v5.0.3. However, BES isn't supported on SP2 yet. I talked it over with the client and we are just going to leave the BB users on the old Exchange 2k3 box until RIM approves SP2.

Oct 13, 2009 · Does anyone know which BES version will support Exchange 2010? I'm guessing 4.1.8 (or whatever SP is current at that time for 4.1.x) and 5.x will be supported with it. That said, as of now, 2010 should act the same as 2007 does with BES.
