Dec 31, 2013 · 100% agree with the angry original poster that we for the love of god should have support for TrackIR by now. TrackIR is not just for slow paced games. Once you get used to it in shooters like ARMA2/3 and DAYZ and then go play a game without it you feel so cheated. I keep wanting to look around and it is frustrating as hell not being able to.

Mar 30, 2012 · I too would like to purchase a TrackIR for use in Battlefield 3 (amongst other things). As for the question about control limitations in the game, you actually can get around the need to hold a button to free-look, and be able to independently control flight and head movement, which seems the limiting factor here for using the trackIR in it.
