May 03, 2008 · It says when you don't have to count BAH. I know this isn't very helpful, but I did try. Good luck! I've heard that Texas is a Man's state, so you might not fair too badly. I'm dealing with NC and they tried to count my income along with my hubbies for child support. Craziness!
