Dec 20, 2010 · Does the ATT UVERSE suppied modem fully support UPnP I currently have one xbox 360 connected to my router/modem via cable, not wireless and I want to connect a second xbox with another xbox live account but in order to do so the router/modem must fully support UPnP.

Feb 05, 2017 · The AT&T Gateway does not support UPnP or NAT-PMP. These allow applications inside your network to open holes in your firewall without authentication. They are terribily insecure protocols and make your network ripe for exploits by malware and nefarious individuals.

AT&T gateways do not support UPnP because it's a security hole. You need to find out which ports your application/game uses and forward them manually.

Jan 18, 2020 · After doing research, AT&T's routers do not have a UPnP feature (which is weird because I've had this Xbox and router for years and this problem just arose last week), but I read about how I can use port forwarding to bypass needing UPnP.
